Pompeii: The Last Day   Dramatic reconstructions, expert investigations and lavish special effects combine to tell the story of key characters - soldiers, slaves, families, lovers - on the last day of Pompeii on August 25, 79 AD. The film re-enacts the day that begins with Vesuvius raining ash and pumice pebbles on the city that is enveloped in a thick cloud of smoke. Residents must decide to try to escape or seek shelter and stay. The film re-enacts stories of those who died and were entombed when the volcano's cone collapsed, turning the city into an enormous gas chamber.G

When they tell Susie what they learned, Susie explains something very important-not everything you find on the computer is true! And someone that really understands that notion is visiting today, it's Gabriela's Mom! Dr. Rosalinda Cordova is a marine biologist so she does lots of research on the computer, but it's not the only thing she uses. She tells the kids that when she does research, she reads books at the library, makes observations, asks experts, and looks at websites with good information. D

WordWorld  "Pig's Present/Tick Tock Space Clock"  Pig's Present: It's Pig's birthday and his nephews, the Three Little Pigs, are making him a secret present. Although Pig promises not to peek, his curiosity about his present gets the better of him and wreaks havoc all over WordWorld. Will Pig ever learn to be patient? Tick Tock Space Clock: When a mysterious rocket lands in Word World, Duck pledges to help a robot track down a very important clock. D

George and Hundley scramble to put the balls back in the right size boxes before the ball-collector tenant comes to retrieve his packages! Curious George Goes Up the River - George is supposed to be feeding the ducks while The Man with the Yellow Hat helps Mrs. Renkins look for her lost baby chicks. But somehow, "feeding the ducks" turns into a trip down the river for George and Jumpy. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Hooray for Hair/Ice Is Nice"  Hooray for Hair - Sally and Nick are getting their hair cut today; maybe they should try new hairstyles! A trip to meet three of Cat's friends (and some styling help from the Wig-o-lator) will help them decide! Should they have Yak hair? No, too hot! How about hair like a fur seal? Not quite, too short. A porcupine? No way! How will they ever get a hug from their moms with hair that spiky? They decide that the hair they have is what's perfect for them! Ice is Nice - Nick and Sally want some nice cold lemonade, but there's no more ice cubes in Sally's fridge! A trip to Freeze-your-knees Snowland will fix that! They meet Cat's friend Polly the polar bear who introduces Sally and Nick to all the different kinds of ice that make up her home. After trying many types of ice, they find the kind that will be perfect for their lemonade!. D

Super Why!  "Baby Dino's Big Discovery"  ROAR! Pig invited his friends over to play dinosaurs, but Whyatt can't figure out which toy dinosaur he has. So he super readers soar into Baby Dino's Big Discovery where they lend a hand to a baby dinosaur searching for his mommy. They'll need to look closely to figure out what kind of dinosaur Baby Dino is. D

Dinosaur Train  "Erma Eoraptor/Under The Volcano"  Erma Eoraptor - Buddy, Tiny, and Mrs. Pteranodon go on an expedition to find Erma Eoraptor, a member of the first species of dinosaur that ever lived. They venture off the beaten paths in the Triassic to find Erma, and then bring her back for a ride on the Dinosaur Train! Under the Volcano - Tiny, Buddy, and Mr. Pteranodon take the Dinosaur Train to Volcano Valley to see the local volcano. The sight is so spectacular, they go back for the rest of the family only to discover they've already gone to see the volcano! The merry mix-up concludes as the whole family meets up to marvel at the sight of Mt. D

Wild Kratts  "Stuck On Sharks"  Martin and Chris are on a mission to uncover the secret life of the mysterious Great White Shark. They use Aviva's incredible Remora Rocketsub to "stick with" a female shark and soon learn that the giant predator of the sea actually has lots of challenges to contend with and that she could help them discover something that no one has ever seen before - the birth of Great White shark pups. But when Gourmand sniffs around looking for ingredients for his Shark Fin Soup recipe, the Wild Kratts team must help rescue their new friend. D

Featuring the always entertaining Honey Piazza on keyboards, this band's unique and entertaining blend of swing, jive, and R&B has earned them the reputation as one of the best blues bands in the world today - including the honor of "Band of the Year" at the 2006 Blues Foundation Awards gala.
