Hoover Dam: American Experience   During the Great Depression, this dam project draws men desperate for work to a remote canyon near Las Vegas, Nevada. They struggle against brutal heat, choking dust and perilous heights to build a colossus of concrete that brings electricity and water to millions. It transforms the American Southwest and Idaho's Morrison-Knudsen Co., which is part of the construction consortium that builds it.G

The brothers meet with television news personalities, authors and others who knew and worked with Rogers to compile this intimate portrait of Rogers as a person and his belief in "deep and simple."G

It can't be that new Digifizz toy, with its tiny burst of colorful sparkles shooting into the air each time it gets used.
