Crafting at the Spotted Canary  "Things That Make A Party Festive"  We're making parties more fun with a creative take on decorating with a theme. Three party events each with a unique look will be explored. First, a baby shower featuring favors, cupcake piks and more. D

Hubert Keller: Secrets of a Chef  "Easy Frozen Desserts"  Two great frozen desserts are on the menu today including a delicious chocolate sorbet and a fruity, raspberry frozen yogurt. Chocolate Sorbet in White Chocolate Cups; Raspberry Frozen Yogurt.G

Baking with Julia   Chef Julia Child observes as pastry chef and owner of Seattle's Macrina Bakery Leslie Mackie bakes an assortment of tarts and pies. First, Leslie demonstrates how to make the classic pie dough that will form the base of these desserts; some of the dough is used raw, while other crusts are pre-baked in order to avoid a soggy crust. This dough can be frozen for up to a month. D

Barbecue University with Steven Raichlen  "The Mid-Atlantic"  Raichlen presents grilled soft-shell crabs, Baltimore pit beef, split-roasted lamb and grilled blueberry crumble.G

Rick Steves' Europe  "Stockholm"  Rick ponders gilded royal staterooms, samples gourmet reindeer and sips vodka in an ice bar as he experiences the city's cultural highlights. Then he sails the archipelago experiencing the prettiest island-hopping in northern Europe.G
