In this episode, as her dad reaches his 40th birthday, Samantha searches everywhere for the perfect present. D

Cyberchase  "An Urchin Matter"  There's a mega mystery in Megabays - the once-healthy kelp in Big Bay is washing ashore. The CyberSquad must work with Captain Skuttlebutt, keeper of the bays, to get to the bottom of it. They explore the marine ecosystem and discover that there are way more urchins than anything else. Chef's Life  "The World Is Your Oyster"  Vivian goes to Cedar Island to explore the new culture of farm-raised oysters in the Southeast. She and Ben share plans of opening an oyster bar across the street from Chef & the Farmer in hopes it will be a place that adds character and variety to the tiny town's "dining scene." Vivian and her dad orchestrate their family's first-ever oyster roast and are blown away by how much everyone enjoys it. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Pati's Texican"  Inspired by her years living in Texas, Pati creates a series of dishes that combine her passion for Mexican cuisine and her favorite foods of America's Lone Star State. We check into a ryokan, or Japanese inn, and talk with one of Japan's best-known designers of kimonos to learn why his craft is still thriving. D
