Rick follows in the footsteps of the 19th century aristocrats along Monaco's harbor and Nice's promenade des Anglais. Then he visits picturesque artist hangouts of Chagall, Matisse and Picasso.G

The Great American Seafood Cook-Off III   America's finest chefs showcase their seafood-preparation skills in THE GREAT AMERICAN SEAFOOD COOK-OFF III. In 2010, 14 accomplished and up-and-coming chefs from throughout the United States gathered in New Orleans to compete in the Great American Seafood Cook-Off. The event emphasizes the importance of cooking with local, domestic seafood and encourages the use of products from sustainable fisheries. D

Kimchi Chronicles  "The Fish Chronicles"  A peninsula surrounded on three sides by water, Korea is a haven for fish lovers. Marja visits Sokcho, where most of her Korean family resides, to see the gigantic octopus come ashore in Daepo Port. Later, she enjoys a memorable meal of simply grilled shellfish in a seaside restaurant. D
