Born to Explore with Richard Wiese  "North Dakota: Where Legends Are Born"  Host Richard Wiese travels to the land of Lewis and Clark to explore North Dakota from its badlands to its parks. Discover wildlife like bison, elk, and bighorn sheep in the majesty of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Richard meets the wild horse herds of the park and learns how to serve up Western style steaks with a pitchfork. D

Martha Stewart's Cooking School  "Roasting"  Roasting is a wonderful technique for a formal dinner or a casual get-together. America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Mexican Fare"  Hosts Bridget Lancaster and Julia Collin Davison unlock the secrets to making a Mexican staple: Crispy Tacos (Tacos Dorados). Tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Julia to a dry vermouth tasting, and gadget critic Lisa McManus reviews a must-have for home cooks: fire extinguishers. Science expert Dan Souza then gives a demonstration of fast-freezing liquid nitrogen, and test cook Erin McMurrer makes the perfect Roasted Poblano and Black Bean Enchiladas for Bridget. D
