Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "The Lost Egg/Hold On Tight"  The Lost Egg - The kids are decorating the tree house for a party. The Cat knows the world's most fantabulous decorator: Stan the bower bird! Stan teaches the kids how to decorate with almost anything--shells, leaves, and pebbles. Now they can have a party in their own fantabulously decorated tree house! Hold on Tight - Nick is trying to hang onto the monkey bars but can't. D

Curious George  "George's Super Subway Adventure/Well Done, George"  George's Super Subway Adventure - The Man with the Yellow Hat has two surprises for George today: They're going to the zoo and they're riding the subway! George is so excited to see his first underground train that he hops right on, leaving the Man behind at the subway terminal. After comical mishaps where the two barely miss meeting up and some fun stops along the way, George figures out how to take the train all the way to the zoo, where he patiently waits for his friend to catch up. Well Done, George - A certain muddy monkey needs a bath, but there's no water coming out of the faucet. D

Martha Speaks  "Martha's Chair/TD The Pack Rat"  Martha's Chair - Martha's family has a birthday surprise - a new dog bed! After a few sleepless nights, the family realizes that Martha misses her stinky old chair. WordGirl  "Have Snob, Will Travel/Tobey's Playground Calamity"  HAVE SNOB, WILL TRAVEL - Unable to choose the most valuable items to steal, The Butcher kidnaps Reginald the jeweler and uses him for his knowledge of fine artifacts. Amidst a fence painting contest, Becky must put her paint brush down so that WordGirl can rescue Reginald and stop the Butcher's stealing spree. Vocabulary Words: Formal, Fret. D

Cyberchase  "Raising The Bar"  The main Cybrary is under attack. Hacker, disguised as an exterminator called the Vermin Vexer, has released a mysterious cyberbug that is systematically destroying certain information - but Ms. Fileshare, the overworked Cybrarian, is too busy to notice. When Hacker uses bar graphs to confuse Ms. Fileshare, the kids create bar graphs of their own to counter his contentions. D

Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman  "Long Glen Silver And The Pursuit Of The Golden Fetchie!"  Ruff's nephew Glen has been playing a pirate-themed video game on the Go Get It! Web site. Through this game he's somehow gotten into the Go Get It! mainframe computer, and discovers that they're hunting for something called The Golden Fetchie. Ruff wants to find the FETCHie first, so he sends the kids off to the island. D

Nightly Business Report   Caterpillar posts a 60 percent jump in profits. CEO Douglas Oberhelman talks to NBR Co-Anchor Susie Gharib. It looks like the skies are getting friendlier for the airlines, after a long downturn the industry is making money again. D

Cartan-Hansen's guests this week are Kevin Richert, editorial page editor, The Idaho Statesman and Corey Taule, editorial page editor, The Idaho Falls Post Register.
