1:00 pm
Inside Nature's Giants  "Monster Python"  In Florida's Everglades "python hunters" are attempting to control the python population (approximately 100,000) through a cull. In this show, experts dissect two pythons: a 9-foot male and a 14-foot female. The program explores the science of slithering, as well as the development of "infra-red goggles" that let the snakes hunt warm-blooded prey in the dark and a flexible jaw that allows them to stretch their mouths around huge prey, including alligators.G

2:00 pm
Outdoor Idaho  "Hometown Ski Hills"  Community ski hills are scattered throughout Idaho, each with its own "field of dreams" story to tell. We profile three of them - Bogus Basin near Boise; Little Ski Hill by McCall; and Pomerelle near Albion - to learn what makes each of these ski areas unique.G

2:30 pm
Dialogue  "Refugees"  Host Marcia Franklin talks with refugees who have come to Idaho. Guests include Fidel Nshombo, from Congo; Rusul Mousa-Bryant, from Iraq; Jumuna Gautam, from Bhutan; and Hosy Nasimi, from Afghanistan. The group will discuss why they had to flee their respective home countries, what it's been like to live in Idaho, the joys and challenges of refugee life in the United States and their hopes for the future.G

NOVA  "Mystery of a Masterpiece"  In October 2009, a striking portrait of a young woman in Renaissance dress makes world news headlines. Originally sold two years before for around $20,000, the portrait is now thought to be an undiscovered masterwork by Leonardo da Vinci worth more than $100 million. NOVA meets a new breed of experts who are approaching "cold case" art mysteries as they deploy new techniques to combat the multi-billion dollar criminal market in stolen and fraudulent art.G

Secrets of the Dead  "Michelangelo Revealed"  Art historian Antonio Forcellino offers evidence of the artist's involvement with a clandestine fellowship trying to reform the Catholic Church from within. This film reveals brave religious expression, personal vendettas, cover-ups and an artist trying to reconcile loyalty to the church and his personal beliefs.G
