The show also explores the surrounding countryside, considers the effects of fire, and reports on a dramatic logjam.G

Neighborhood Clean Up: A wind storm has made a mess of the Neighborhood playground and no one can play. D

Rick Steves' Europe  "Andalucia, Gibraltar and Tangier"  Exploring the quintessence of Spanish culture in Andalucia, Rick rolls down from whitewashed hill towns to the coast and takes in the windsurfing at Tarifa. He catches a bit of Britain on the Rock of Gibraltar and then sails to Africa for a Moroccan finale in Tangier.G

The Desert Speaks  "Boom and Bust in a Desert Town"  The small town of Quartzsite, Arizona, located just 20 miles east of the Colorado River, has been a rock hound's paradise since the 1960s. These days, this former stagecoach town is also a mecca to well over a million visitors each year, most of whom converge on it in a wave of RV's during the months of January and February. Thousands of vendors of rocks, gems, minerals, fossils and everything else imaginable create one of the world's largest open-air flea markets. D

Ciao Italia  "From Guy's Garden/Dell'orto Di Gaetano"  With perfect, pristine peppers from Guy's Garden, Mary Ann goes nella cucina to make a vibrant, colorful Red Pepper Torte with Pepper Sauce. Then it's time to get creative with the perfect side dish: Sweet Peppers with Garlic and Mint. Need some heat? Stand back and get ready for Mary Ann's very own, spicy, hot, hot, hot Red Pepper Spread. D

Taste of History  "Jamaica - The Market Basket"  In this very special episode, Chef Walter takes us to Jamaica - the market basket of Colonial America. Chef Walter prepares classic Jamaican dishes, such as Mannish Water (made from goat's head), Akee and Saltfish, Curried Goat, and Festival - a cornmeal fritter. We also learn about pirates and are serenaded by a Mento band. D

Simply Ming  "On The Road In San Antonio with Chef Elizabeth Kossick"  San Antonio is home to one of the country's leading culinary schools - the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) where Ming teams up with the CIA's own Chef Elizabeth Kossick. Working in their unique Latin Kitchen, Ming and Elizabeth use ingredients fresh from Elizabeth's extensive pepper garden. The focus of the dishes will be Peruvian with Ming adding his own personal twist. D

The Jazzy Vegetarian  "Company Is Coming"  Host Laura Theodore prepares a delightful menu that is perfect to serve to guests. "Fancy Stuffed Peppers," is a delicious, lighter version of a classic recipe. "Velvety Carrot Soup," tastes rich and creamy without the use of any dairy products and "Sweet and Savory Kale" makes a crowd-pleasing side dish. D

Martha Bakes  "Muffins and Popovers"  Breakfasts and brunches call for homemade muffins or popovers. Martha makes her blueberry muffins two ways, flavored with a little spice or finished with a crumb topping. She then demonstrates how to make airy popovers, equally suited to serving with fresh blueberry preserves or savory creamed spinach. D

Austin City Limits  "Gary Clark Jr./Alabama Shakes"  Modern blues and soul are featured in the two performances. Clark showcases his major label debut, while Alabama Shakes spotlight their critically acclaimed Boys & Girls.G

Dinosaur Train  "The Egg Stealer?/To The Grandparents' Nest We Go!"  Buddy and Don stumble upon a mystery when they find unhatched eggs on their beach, The mystery grows when some of the eggs are stolen. Don and Buddy become detectives and suspect that maybe Tiny, Shiny, or other friends may be stealing the eggs. They're not. D

Super Why!  "The Goose and the Golden Eggs"  Red's friends would love to try some of her delicious apples, but Red wants to keep them all for herself! The Super Readers venture into the story of the Goose and the Golden Eggs to visit an old man who is as protective of his special eggs as Red is of her delicious fruit. This old man must learn his lesson, before his golden goose flies the coop! And Red needs to find out how share with her friends. Educational Objectives: To learn about giving to friends, sing the alphabet and identify the letters M-O-R-E. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Maps/Termite Towers"  Maps - Nick and Sally are pretending to be pirates. The Cat takes them on a real pirate adventure by following a treasure map! They use landmarks to find their way to a real pirate treasure: parchment paper and ink pens to make their own pirate maps! Termite Towers - Sally and Nick just can't seem to keep their block tower from toppling over. The Cat in the Hat takes them to meet some expert tower builders: the termites! After shrinking down to bug-size, they learn from Terry termite how to build a tower that won't wiggle and wobble. D

Wild Kratts  "Platypus Cafe"  While kayaking in Australia, Martin and Chris encounter one of the world's most unusual creatures, a platypus mother with her eggs. But unscrupulous endangered animal chef, Gourmand, plans on making the platypus eggs his next delicacy. The Wild Kratts team must use the special "sixth sense" of the platypus to save the eggs. D

Sara's Weeknight Meals  "Mi Famiglia: Italian Family Style with Giuseppe Fanelli"  Guiseppe Fanelli is the chef of one of Sara's favorite Italian restaurants, Tre Dici, and today he shares home-style Italian recipes like Bruschetta al Tonno - a simple and delicious tuna bruschetta. His Agnello Scottadito with Heirloom Tomato Salad mixes tender lamb with the freshness of a homegrown tomato salad. And of course, there's pasta. D

Rick Steves' Europe  "The Best of West Ireland: Dingle, Galway, and the Aran Islands"  Ireland in the extreme is best experienced on its west coast in Gaeltachts, where the people speak Gaelic and the rugged villages have changed little over the generations. After exploring the rugged and remote Aran Islands, we settle into Galway, dance in a castle at a medieval folk banquet and delve into Ireland in the extreme: Dingle Peninsula. Ringing with traditional music from its rustic pubs, dotted with prehistoric "fairy forts," if you'll fall in love with Ireland, chances are it'll be right here. D
