Dinosaur Train  "Valley of the Stygimolochs/Tiny Loves Fish"  Valley of the Stygimolochs - Buddy wonders if he'll grow horns when he gets older, so Mrs. Pteranodon takes him to visit some dinosaurs called Stygimoloch, who have really impressive horns. Tiny Loves Fish - After Mr. Pteranodon teaches the kids his fishing method, Buddy and Tiny work together as a team to catch fish in the Big Pond. D

Super Why!  "Bedtime for Bear"  Baby Joy is afraid of the dark! To show her there's nothing to fear, Super Why and his literacy friends fly into Bedtime for Bear and meet Charlie - a bear who is scared of just about everything! The super readers shed a little light on the problem (literally) while Charlie discovers a bit more about the world outside his cozy cave. Educational Objectives: To experience a familiar bedtime routine. Preschoolers will practice the alphabet, rhyme with AR words, learn what the word "fireflies" means, and use the power to read to change the story. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Bounce/Timmy Tippy Toe"  Bounce - Nick and Sally are wondering why their ball is so bouncy. Fish tells them it's because it's made from rubber, and rubber comes from trees. Cat doesn't believe him so it's time to ask the expert, Dr. Twiggles! It turns out Fish is right! And Dr. Twiggles shows them all just how rubber is made, and all the wonderful things rubber can make! Timmy Tippy Toe - Nick and Sally are playing on a climbing frame but just can't manage to get to the top. D

Wild Kratts  "Kickin' It with the Roos"  When Chris and Martin meet up with a mob of Red kangaroos, they get their car keys stolen by a joey and have to figure out how to get them back from the tricky little guy. As they jump into the life of the roos to search for the missing keys, the brothers realize that animals live in different kinds of social groups and they have important behaviors that keep the group together and safe. But everybody wonders just how safe this search has become, when Chris and Martin get tangled up in a kickboxing match with the dominant male and caught in the middle of a dingo attack. D

Outdoor Idaho  "Adventure Racing"  The Funtastics Adventure Racing Team of Coeur d'Alene joins fellow adrenaline-seekers who take part in Adventure Sports Week at Farragut State Park. The two-day competition offers 63 miles of biking, 22 miles of running, 19 miles of kayaking, and a swim across a bay on Lake Pend Oreille.G

Dialogue  "Philip Gourevitch"  The New Yorker staff writer and editor of The Paris Review talks with host Marcia Franklin. Gourevitch is the author of I Regret to Inform You That Tomorrow We Will Be Killed With Our Families, an investigation of the 1994 Rwandan massacre. He also wrote The Ballad of Abu Ghraib about some of the military police who worked in that prison during its scandal over inmate torture.G

Bluegrass Underground  "David Mayfield Parade"  Raised on show business in a family band, David Mayfield made his name with award-winning progressive bluegrass group Cadillac Sky. Once solo, the singer/guitarist expanded his unique, sonic arsenal to take in acoustic-alternative and cutting-edge Americana, mixing it all in with his freewheeling sense of humor and remarkable showmanship in a set that's edgy in every sense of the word. Music Voyager  "Eastern Tennessee: Cradle of Country Music"  Host Jacob Edgar begins his Tennessee journey in Bristol, the city in the northeast corner of the state that proudly calls itself the birthplace of country music. He visits 96-year-old Georgia Warren, the last surviving participant of the legendary "Bristol Sessions" of 1927, which introduced the sounds of Appalachia to a wide audience. While in Bristol, he catches a street performance by musical nomads Megan Jean & the KFB and checks out Knoxville-based The Black Lillies performing at one of Bristol's many outdoor concerts. D

This quiet drama is framed by a poem (The Song of Lunch by Christopher Reid) as the complexities of their former relationship emerge during drinks, food and talk.G
