Lidia also takes a tour of the impressive artisanal Italian imports at 9th Street Market, such as Claudio Specialty Foods and Di Bruno Brothers'. In the kitchen, Lidia makes Chicken Trombino, Stuffed Escarole, and is joined by Grandma for a favorite Italian-American dessert: Pignoli cookies. D

Then, test cook Becky Hays teaches host Christopher Kimball how to make two classic Indian recipes: Indian Flatbread and Indian-Style Spinach with Fresh Cheese. And finally, equipment expert Adam Ried reveals his top pick for juicers in the Equipment Corner, and gadget guru Lisa McManus reviews some of her favorite kitchen gadgets. D

With 3D graphics NOVA recreates what WWII photo spies saw, and tells the suspenseful, previously untold story.G
