The Shakes showcase their latest LP, Sound and Vision, during their second ACL appearance. Vintage Trouble make their debut emphasizing their most recent album, 1 Hopeful Road. D

Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival  "Elizabeth Shepherd"  Vocalist/pianist Elizabeth Shepherd arrived on the international scene in 2006 when her debut album "Start to Move" was voted one of the top jazz albums of the year by the listeners of the influential Gilles Peterson Show on BBC Radio Worldwide. Since then, the Toronto-based soul jazz innovator has released two widely acclaimed records and toured extensively in North America, Europe and Japan. Elizabeth has sold out legendary clubs from Tokyo to Detroit, played festivals like Montreal and North Sea Jazz Festivals, and shared the stage with Branford Marsalis and Christian McBride. D

Billy Joel: The Library of Congress Gershwin Prize   In honor of Billy Joel receiving the Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song, this musical event includes performances by Joel, Tony Bennett, Boyz II Men, Gavin DeGraw, Josh Groban, Natalie Maines, John Mellencamp and LeAnn Rimes. Kevin Spacey gives a special performance as well. Michael Feinstein pays tribute to the legacy of George and Ira Gershwin and their collection, which is housed in the Library of Congress.G
