Primal Grill with Steven Raichlen  "Fired Up, Down Under"  Ozzies (Australians) and Kiwis (New Zealanders) may live half a world away, but they're every bit as grilling-obsessed as we North Americans are. Case in point: an Australian favorite, the proverbial "shrimp on the barbie," grilled here with basil and prosciutto and flambeed with Pernod. Or apostles on horseback-New Zealand sea scallops marinated in wine and grilled with smoky bacon. D

Kimchi Chronicles  "The Street Food Chronicles"  Much like the entire continent of Asia, street food is hugely popular in Korea and many of the most beloved dishes in the country come from street carts and stands. In this episode, Marja and Jean-Georges eat street food all over the peninsula, including silkworm larvae, hoddeok, sweet pancakes filled with peanuts and sugar, and Dragon's Beard, a candy made of stretched honey and nuts. At home, Marja makes her version of bindaddeok, her signature take on this simple pancake made of freshly ground mung beans shallow-fried until browned and crisp. D

11:00 pm
Joanne Weir's Cooking Confidence  "Magical Morocco"  Joanne shows us just how easily and quickly a deliciously spiced lentil soup can be made when you have the right spices in the pantry. She continues to spice it up with her student John, building a warm Moroccan chicken and sweet potato salad, cooling it off with a cardamom and ginger cocktail she has aptly named the Marrakech 75. Recipes: Spiced Lentil Soup, Warm Moroccan Chicken and Sweet Potato Salad, and Marrakech 75 Cocktail. D
