Quilting Arts  "Focus On Quilting"  When you think of building blocks - what could be more basic than the quilting itself! In the first segment Joe Cunningham shows us how to draw a portrait with our quilting and then add hand quilting for a bold graphic look. Then meet Donelle McAdams for a strip piecing quilted using rulers. We finish with Enid Gjelten Weichselbaum and Quilting for Show. D

Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "The Blue Door, Part 2"  In this segment, Jerry shows his viewers how to underpaint the rest of the painting like the pathway, pots, windows, etc. Then he begins showing how to start cleaning up the shapes of the buildings and begin the first phase of painting the stones. Then he shows how to begin painting the clay roof tiles. D

Today, Pati's Mexican Table becomes Pati's Mexican Bakery with a variety of simple recipes - all of which bake right in the oven. Richard Bangs' Adventures With Purpose New Zealand: Quest for Kaitiakitanga   The adventurer pursues an age-old Maori tradition - the origins of "kaitiakitanga," the responsibility of human beings to protect the natural world. He begins at Mt. Aspiring National Park, strikes north to the Franz Joseph Glacier, heads east to the coast at Kaikoura, then crosses the Cook Strait to the North Island and the capital city of Wellington. His journey culminates at Cape Reinga on the upper tip of New Zealand.G

Back in the kitchen, Lidia creates a menu for the perfect cocktail party. She makes mussels with zucchini salsa verde, a small appetizer guests can slurp down while sipping on a cocktail. She then makes Bloody Mary, a classic cocktail everyone loves. D

Equitrekking  "Uruguay"  Equitrekking host Darley Newman travels to the small South American country of Uruguay to discover gaucho culture by visiting various estancias, riding with cowboys on the beach, taking in the coastal town of Punta del Este and tasting local foods in Montevideo. At an eco-friendly ranch that raises sheep and cattle, Darley learns about the area's mystical vibe on a ride to a section of mysterious stone cones and up to a high point with views of a Tibetan monastery. Over a morning cup of mate, a special tea popular throughout Uruguay, Darley talks with a local about the tradition behind this caffeinated drink and the proper way to prepare it. D
