Travelscope  "Taiwan - The Culture of Tea"  The mystery and majesty of tea is explored when Joseph spotlights the culture of this royal beverage on Taiwan. During this adventure he travels to Lujang to join in the creation of traditional tea snacks, visits an Assam tea farm in Nantou, participates in a formal tea ceremony in Tainan and tops it all off with a visit to the annual Lantern Festival in Chiayi. Along the way he meets the masters of Taiwan's pottery, tin-sculpting and lantern-making arts. D

Travels with Darley  "Wales: Isle of Anglesey & The Coast"  Join host Darley Newman to enjoy breathtaking coastal farms and beaches, heart pumping adventures on Europe's fastest zipline and a visit to a haunted castle. On Anglesey Island, where Prince William and Duchess Kate once lived, walk the Wales Coast Path and visit a town with one of the world's longest place names. Dive into local cuisine and Welsh products, making for a salty experience. D

Martha Stewart's Cooking School  "Preserving"  Martha demonstrates two of the oldest preserving techniques, confit and salting, and shows how viewers can put them to use in the home kitchen. Martha makes an assortment of confits - starting with the most classic: duck, which can be served on its own or as a rich addition to salads, then followed by lemon and tomato confits, both of which make excellent condiments for grilled or roasted meats. She then shows how to make gravlax, a delicious cured salmon appetizer. D

America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "A Hearty Start to the Day"  Host Christopher Kimball goes into the test kitchen with test cook Becky Hays to learn how to make the best eggs piperade. Next, test cook Dan Souza uncovers the secrets to making chocolate hazelnut spread at home. Then, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Chris to a tasting of maple syrup. D

Chef's Life  "Prickly Business"  Vivian's mentor, Scott Barton, stops by the restaurant and shares the African roots of okra. Vivian learns that picking okra is a prickly business and gets a crash course in food styling during a photo session for her upcoming cookbook. D

Kitchen Wisdom of Cecilia Chiang  "Mother Knows Best"  "In most families in China, father was the boss" Cecilia tells viewers, "but in our family my mother was the boss." Cecilia's mother was very short and plump, loved to eat and was a very good cook. But with 12 children and a husband to feed, she left the cooking to her two chefs who turned out different elaborate lunches and dinners each day-food that can no longer be found, even in China. D

Get Ready to Rio! with Chef Hubert Keller  "Carioca Favorites"  Chef Keller meets Rio-born cookbook author, Leticia Moreinos Schwartz at the beautiful Ipanema Beach for a run and juice stop. Afterwards, they head to Rio's famous pedestrian mall for a tour of Confeitaria Columbo, one of the most elegant teahouses in the world. Then it is an introduction to Brazil's most famous and beloved dish of all: Feijoada, a delicious meat and black bean stew. D
