Great American Seafood Cook-Off   Fires blazed and seafood sizzled as New Orleans hosted the fifth annual Great American Seafood Cook-Off in August 2008. During the two-day competition, 15 chefs from 14 different states prepared their best dishes using the seafood indigenous to their state. Famed New Orleans chef John Besh, the winner of the 2004 competition and the 2006 James Beard Foundation's Best Chef of the Southeast, hosted the event. D

Sid is curious why Ignatz didn't stop moving too, so he and his friends investigate and discover that things in motion stay in motion until they are stopped-and that's inertia! WordWorld  "Boppin' with the Bug Band/Shuffleword"  Boppin' with the Bug Band - Ant is having a band showcase on his radio show and while Bug, Fly and Bee have some really good music, they need a lot of help with their lyrics. Frog teaches the Bug Band all about rhyming and they eventually give a fantastic performance. Shuffleword - When Pig and Ant get into an argument while playing Shuffleword, Pig storms off with the consonants and Ant storms off with the vowels but they soon realize that not only do they need each other's letters to make words but they also need each other to have fun!. D

Caillou  "Caillou Discovers"  Caillou discovers new things today and is so excited when Daddy brings home a computer. He learns to share the computer with his entire family - even Gilbert! Caillou and Leo are playing dinosaurs in the backyard and discover a fish fossil rock. They visit the library to learn more about dinosaurs and fossils. D

Thomas & Friends  "Good Deeds"  It is a busy day in Sodor as Knapford Station is being decorated. Emily is collecting the flowers for the new window boxes, but when Mavis does not say hello, Emily assumes she is sad and chuffs to the quarry to cheer her up with some of the flowers. The flowers end up in the way of the engines' work. D
