They persevere in the face of warnings that Western Oregon was too cold and wet for the grapes. Their risky experiment creates a new industry in Oregon and changes the world of wine.G

This account of displacement is told by more than 25 of these immigrants, who when uprooted built completely new lives in their new country. In The Last Mission: Establishing the Rule of Law in Iraq, West Virginia Public Broadcasting producer Chip Hitchcock follows a West Virginia Military Police battalion as it helps to transform the Iraqi police from a force that once served a brutal dictator into one that serves the people and the law. Will eight years of war, more than $700 billion, the sacrifice of thousands of lives and the work of more than a million Americans create a stable democracy in Iraq? Hitchcock (Bridgeport to Baghdad) investigates these questions in his latest documentary, taped while he was embedded with the West Virginia National Guard's 151st Military Police Battalion. D

Prince Extraordinary (Chuck Aber) and Betty Green (Betty Aberlin) from the Park Service must climb the mountain to rescue the kitty. They finally learn the reason for Wicked Knife and Fork's nasty behavior and are able to help him change. D

Curious George  "George Measures Up/Something New Under The Sun"  George Measures Up - Chef Pisghetti is cooking one up for the records book - a strand of spaghetti that measures 30 feet! When the Chef leaves for an important appointment, George protects the noodle from being destroyed by a playful Gnocchi. Later, the Chef calls to ask George how tall the building next door is, but George doesn't have anything long enough to measure with. or does he? Chef Pisghetti returns and sees a monkey measuring a building with the world's longest noodle. D

Wild Kratts  "Race for the Hippo Disc"  When Chris and Martin accidentally lose a Power Disc on the African savannah, the Wild Kratts goes into crisis mode to find the disc before it gets into the hands of Zach Varmitech. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Seasons - Spring and Summer/Seasons - Fall and Winter"  Seasons - Spring and Summer - For Show and Tell at school, Nick and Sally must bring something from their favourite season. But how can they choose which is their favourite? The Cat in the Hat takes them to the magical Garden of Seasons, where they can visit any season they like, any time they like! They meet three young animals and journey with them as they begin to grow up. Sally decides that she has two favourite seasons, and with the pictures taken from the Snaparama camera, she now has a scrapbook of pictures to show why! Seasons - Fall and Winter - It's Nick's turn to choose a favourite season. D

Angelina and Alice have been given the task of designing the giant prop for Jackie and the Beanstalk. Angelina gets a bit carried away trying to make the biggest and best prop ever.G

The museum's curator, David Mockney asks Bob and the team to help with the repairs. Mr. Mockney explains that Fixham was built years ago by Brickbeard the Pirate and legend tells of him burying a Golden Hammer. D

Thomas & Friends  "Busy Days"  Thomas' Crazy Day - Thomas promised to play hide and seek with his best friend Percy at the Steam Works. Sir Topham Hatt also asked him to show Bash, Dash and Ferdinand what it takes to be a Really Useful engine. Thomas decides that he has to do everything so he rushes back and forth helping the Logging Locos and playing a game of hide and seek with Percy. D

Wishbone  "Shakespaw"  This live-action program follows the exploits of Wishbone the dog and his human friends, Joe, David and Samantha through their adventures intheir hometown of Oakdale. Wishbone's everyday experiences trigger hi s imagination and he finds himself in scenes from classic works of literature. In this episode, David tries to ramain calm at the center of the storm when problems plague his direction of The Temptest, by William Shakespeare. D
