Sierra Center Stage  "Marcia Ball"  Marcia Ball is an anomaly in the world of piano-based R& B/blues/boogie. A keyboardist who was steeped in and absorbed all the rich traditions of New Orleans, the Austin-based singer-songwriter was nominated for a Grammy Award for a CD release of this Sierra Center Stage program. Her album, "So Many Rivers" won the 2004 Blues Music Award for "Contemporary Blues Album of the Year" as well as the coveted "Contemporary Blues Female Artist of the Year" award. D

Austin City Limits  "Randy Newman"  Songwriting legend Randy Newman takes the stage with a selection of his greatest hits.G

Mariachi High - PBS Arts   This year-in-the-life of the champion mariachi ensemble at Zapata High School in South Texas showcases their musical virtuosity and the music they make. As they immerse themselves in this musical tradition of western Mexico, they also become determined students who not only graduate from high school but go on to college - and they build bridges to the older generations of their community.G

Front Row Center  "Bachman & Turner"  After many years of fan demand, Randy Bachman and Fred Turner - the two giants of rock 'n' roll at the heart of legendary band Bachman-Turner Overdrive -- finally reunited for the first time in more than 20 years. The musicians are now the full-throttle rock machine Bachman & Turner, and here they knock out hit after hit including "You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet," "Shakin' all Over," "Roll on Down the Highway" and "Takin' Care of Business."
