So, Dad takes him and Tiny on the Dinosaur Train back to the early Cretaceous, to visit an ancestor: an earlier version of Tyrannosaurus rex called Raptorex. Rodney Raptorex is a kid who won't grow up to be as big as Buddy will, but the two boys find that they not only have a lot of differences, they have a lot in common, too. D

Sesame Street  "Great Vibrations"  Bob is conducting a class of kids playing different musical instruments. Abby walks by and is amazed by the beautiful music. Bob offers to teach her, but first, she needs to choose an instrument. D

Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood  "Daniel's Sleepover/Backyard Camping"  Daniel's Sleepover - Daniel and his parents go to Prince Wednesday's castle for a family sleepover. When Daniel and Prince Wednesday go through their bedtime routines together, Daniel realizes how different it is sleeping at Prince Wednesday's castle. As bedtime nears, Daniel and Prince Wednesday notice some things that are just a little bit scary. D

Sid The Science Kid  "Sleep? Who Needs It?!"  Sid is ready to stay up all night so he and his stuffed animals can pretend to fly into space on a rocket ship! When his Mom insists that he can't stay up, Sid ventures to school to investigate more. He and friends explore how the body needs sleep to properly function, and most important, we need sleep to grow and stay healthy! Understanding that sometimes we feel too excited to sleep (like before an adventure into space), Susie presents a special Super Fab Lab where the kids practice calming down, and preparing their bodies for sleep. Susie lowers the lights, turns off all the sounds in the room, and teaches the kids how to breathe slowly to relax. D

In addition to answering students' questions, professor Varricchio takes Cartan-Hansen on a tour of one of his dinosaur digs and discusses his team's recent finds.G

Cyberchase  "Less Than Zero"  The Leaders of Cyberspace have gathered to discuss Hacker's increasing influence, when they are suddenly interrupted by Hacker. Buzz and Delete, Hacker's henchmen, hide the leaders including Dr. Marbles, in the building and its' up to the kids to rescue them. Before long, the kids discover that they can only move between the building's levels by scaling its outside walls! So the kids turn the building into a giant ruler in order to keep track of the floors. D

The Abolitionists: American Experience  "The Abolitionists, Part One"  Shared beliefs bring together five people in the abolitionist movement, which is in disarray. Angelina Grimk?, the daughter of a Charleston plantation family, moves north to become a public speaker. Frederick Douglass, a young slave, becomes hopeful when he hears of the movement. William Lloyd Garrison establishes the newspaper The Liberator. Harriet Beecher Stowe travels in the South, which changes her life and writing. John Brown devotes his life to the cause.G

The Abolitionists: American Experience  "The Abolitionists, Part Two"  Frederick Douglass escapes slavery and joins William Lloyd Garrison in the anti-slavery movement. After fleeing to England to escape recapture, Douglas returns to the U.S. in 1847 to launch his own anti-slavery paper. John Brown reveals his radical plan to raise an army, attack plantations and free the slaves. Harriet Beecher Stowe publishes Uncle Tom's Cabin in 1852.G

The Abolitionists: American Experience  "The Abolitionists, Part Three"  During his raid on Harpers Ferry, John Brown is captured, then executed, becoming a martyr for the cause. Abraham Lincoln is elected president in 1860; war breaks out in 1861. On New Year's Day 1863, the Emancipation Proclamation is announced; African-American men may now enlist in the Union forces, and two of Frederick Douglass' sons go to war. In December 1865, the Thirteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is ratified, banning slavery in all states.G
