Quilting Arts  "Creative Quilting"  Every once in a while we need to jump-start our creativity. Maybe it's finding a new source of inspiration or a new supply, and sometimes it's as simple as learning a new technique. This episode does all three. D

Hometime  "Stamped Concrete Patio Demo"  The HOMETIME crew takes out old concrete to repair, reframe and reseal the patio over a storage area. D

Ask This Old House  "Planting Palm Trees/Replacing an Old Heating System With One That's More Efficient"  Landscape contractor Roger Cook heads to Miami to help a homeowner plant several varieties of palm trees in her front yard. Then, Roger, along with host Kevin O'Connor, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey and general contractor Tom Silva, asks, "What Is It?" Afterward, Kevin shares information on new light bulbs. And Richard replaces an old heating system and hot water heater with a much smaller and more efficient single appliance. D

This weekend, in an encore broadcast of the premiere episode of Moyers & Company (check local listings), Bill Moyers looks deeper at America's economic disparity to investigate how it happened and who's to blame. His detectives: political scientists Jacob Hacker and Paul Pierson, authors of Winner-Take-All Politics: How Washington Made the Rich Richer - And Turned Its Back on the Middle Class. Through exhaustive research and analysis, Hacker and Pierson - whom Moyers regards as the "Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson" of economics - detail important truths behind a 30-year economic assault against the middle class. OUTDOOR IDAHO explores the causes for the decline, what is being done to save the fish, and what the salmon mean to native cultures. Underwater cameras capture sockeye salmon returning to Redfish Lake.G

Oregon Field Guide  "Cattle Drives, Gorge Weeds, Timberline 75th"  Cameras join a modern cattle drive, which is compared to those of the 1950s by a man who has found a film of a drive he joined as a boy.G

Call The Midwife   Sister Monica Joan is found wandering near the docks and returned to Nonnatus House by the police. Her adventure takes its toll on her health and she develops pneumonia. In addition she is in trouble with the law. Part 6 of 6G

Masterpiece Classic  "Upstairs Downstairs, Series 2 - The Last Waltz"  Mr. Pritchard is invited to act as Servants' Representative for the coming Servants' Ball and a budding romance begins with Miss Whisset. Lady Agnes decides to take some time away from 165 Eaton Place. Her absence throws Sir Hallam into turmoil and he becomes increasingly reckless. Meanwhile Beryl and Harry's relationship flourishes until Harry's past comes between them. Part 5 of 6G

Masterpiece Classic  "Downton Abbey - Part 1"  On the brink of the modern era, the inhabitants of Downton Abbey face a more immediate change - Lord Grantham loses his heir and his daughter Mary loses her fiance when the Titanic goes down.
