Christmas with the Annie Moses Band - Expired   The Annie Moses Band plays an eclectic blend of classical, jazz, fiddle and pop music that draws from the family's four-generation musical journey. The Wolaver siblings - Annie, Alex, Benjamin, Camille, Gretchen and Jeremiah - present a mix of holiday classics with a sound that is both refreshing and familiar. The older siblings trained at the Juilliard School and the youngest are on their way to a similar distinction. Their parents, both professional musicians, have given them their musical start, their father, Bill, a composer/arranger/pianist, and mother, Robin, vocalist/lyricist/composer/speaker. The band is named after their great grandmother.G

Historic Walks   Hosts Chaca Foreman and Justin Shapiro walk through history in New York City, Philadelphia and Hollywood. Each walk is a visual experience enhanced by the contributions of passionate experts as well as archival materials such as photographs, illustrations, film, maps and graphics. Foreman leads the way in New York through a collection of iconic skyscrapers in chronological order, beginning at the Flatiron building. Shipiro visits Philadelphia for Fourth of July, taking a peek inside the oldest institutions and neighborhoods that were the pre-revolutionary backdrop to inventing the concept of the United States. Then in Old Hollywood, Shipiro seeks out movie history and its landmarks.G

ADD and Loving It?!   Comedian Patrick McKenna embarks on an unusual journey as he seeks a diagnosis for Adult ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). He learns the facts from experts - some of whom have ADHD themselves. He talks with medical researchers, psychiatrists, psychologists, professors and award-winning authors. Along the way McKenna reveals how his life as a husband and father are affected by ADD and shares candid moments as he and his wife, Janis, work on the steps toward his diagnosis.G

Straight No Chaser - Songs of the Decades: Holiday Edition   The 10-man a cappella group swings into a good time with nods to such entertainers as Little Anthony, Elvis Presley and the Four Seasons in this journey through decades of the pop songbook. Straight No Chaser's trademark harmonies, wit and charm are combined with musical mashups, costuming touches, sharp choreography and unexpected pleasures. The singers, who are known to take music very seriously but not themselves, include some popular Yuletide favorites such as "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" and their trademark "The 12 Days of Christmas." The concert is filmed live during a sold-out engagement at Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.G

Legends of Folk: The Village Scene   Host Noel Paul Stookey of Peter, Paul & Mary introduces vintage performances from Greenwich Village in the 1960s. The New York City area was the epicenter of the folk, folk rock and singer songwriter movements amid a neighborhood of cafes and coffee houses. The program features newly filmed interviews with Peter Yarrow, Tom Paxton, Michelle Phillips, Don McLean, John Sebastian, Maria Muldaur and John Cohen. Featured artists and songs include: Bob Dylan ("Blowin' in the Wind"), Simon & Garfunkel ("The Sound of Silence"), Peter, Paul & Mary ("If I Had a Hammer"), Joan Baez ("It Ain't Me Babe") and John Denver ("Leaving on a Jet Plane").G

Each stop reveals a rich history. Rafters, guides, boat operators and residents all reveal how they are drawn to the river repeatedly - or permanently.G

Making War Horse   This film reveals the theatrical collaboration that creates a Tony Award-winning play based on Michael Morpurgo's children's novel about World War I. Cameras capture the innovators at Handspring Puppet Company, creating techniques to bring a lifelike horse to the stage for the drama of individual people and animals caught up in the war.G

Barbra Streisand - One Night Only at the Village Vanguard   Streisand returns to her roots of more than 40 years ago when she was honing her craft and discovering her artistry in New York's West Village. The audience at the 2009 concert is packed tightly in the tiny jazz club and includes friends, celebrities, and 74 lucky winners of various online contests. The singer, backed by a jazz quartet, gives them all a lifetime thrill with songs from her album Love Is the Answer and enduring favorites.G
