My Greek Table with Diane Kochilas  "Hercules Table"  Every region of Greece has its own unique character and cuisine, and today Diane visits Nemea and Argos, in the Eastern Peloponnese, home to some of Greece's most famous wines as well as some of its most delectable dishes. Together with a village cook in the town square, she learns to make an amazing homemade local pasta dish and an irresistible cheesy skillet pie. Back in the kitchen, she prepares an easy sauteed spinach and orange recipe, tender braised pork with cabbage, and special cookies made with olive oil. D

"Out of love and concern for the truth and with the object of eliciting it." So begins Martin Luther's 95 theses hung on the door of Wittenberg's Castle Church on October 31, 1517. D

Music Voyager  "Yellow Roads: Italy - Amalfi Coast & Capri"  Hosted by Paulino Duran, the Music Voyager travels the length of the Amalfi coast line, following the yellow roads off the main highways. From the sun drenched cliffs of Positano cruising along each seaside resort and small towns, to tasting the heavenly cuisines and sampling the unique culture as it becomes more of a personal journey, the team ends up at a private performance of the Tarantula musicians in a wine cellar on the southern coast of Italy. America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Weeknight Japanese Suppers"  Hosts Julia Collin Davison and Bridget Lancaster uncover the secrets to a Japanese favorite: crispy pan-fried chicken cutlets. In the Equipment Corner, expert Adam Ried reveals his top for santoku knives, science expert Dan Souza demystifies the science of radiant heat, and then test cook Keith Dresser makes Bridget perfect miso-marinated salmon. D

The Great British Baking Show  "Bread"  The remaining 10 bakers in week three get ready to brave bread. For the Signature category, they must bake 12 perfect rye bread rolls, shaped as they prefer. The Technical calls for ciabatta loaves, using judge Paul's recipe.G
