The trip begins in Tequila, the city named after the famous beverage. The city has profited economically and developed a strong sense of cultural identity around the production of this distilled liquor. D

Then she sidesteps your everyday pesto and goes for Fettuccine with Arugula Pesto. Mary Ann finishes off this trio of terrific treats with Pasta with Fried Zucchine. D

Taste of History  "Coffee at Colonial Williamsburg"  Colonial Williamsburg is one of the oldest settlements in America, and the British assumed it would become America's capital. Today, visitors can experience an entire village of Colonial life and authentic foods. Chef Staib cooks in Peyton Randolph's kitchen, preparing Chicken Vermicelli Soup, Veal Fricassee and Curried Rice Pilaf. D

Simply Ming  "Making Sausage with Guest Chris Cosentino"  On this episode of Simply Ming - how to grind your own meat and make your own sausage with the help of a man who can teach most butchers a thing or two, Chef Chris Cosentino. Ming and Chris cook on the fly together creating two very different dishes: San Francisco Sausage and Peppers and Chicken Mushroom Sausage Patties with Orange Snow Pea Salad. D

Oscar is in charge of running the parade this year and it needs to be grouchy enough to please his boss Mr. Disgracey. The parade begins with the marching band, but the music they are playing sounds too good. D

Dinosaur Train  "Double-Crested Trouble/Erma and the Conductor"  While riding the Dinosaur Train, Buddy and Tiny meet Dylan and Devlin Dilophosaurus, twin brothers with amazing double-crests on their heads. Dylan and Devlin like to compete over everything from getting the best seat on the train, to being the best hunter. After Tiny and Buddy spend time with the brothers, they show them how working as a team can help them succeed while hunting! The Pteranodon family is on the Dinosaur Train headed to the Big Pond for a special nighttime treat - watching a meteor shower in the sky! Mr. Conductor stops to pick up Erma Eoraptor, his best friend, whom he's excited to spend time with that night. D

Super Why!  "Monty's Adventures In Music Town"  And a 1, and a 2 and a 1, 2, 3! The kids are playing in the school band, but Red doesn't know what instrument to play! The super readers soar into the book Monty's Adventures in Music Town and meet a loveable monster named Monty who has the very same problem. Will the super readers be able to help Monty pick an instrument before the big show, or will their efforts fall flat? Educational Objectives: To learn some basic music concepts. Young viewers will catch the alphabet, rhyme with OW words, find out what the word "woodwind" means, and use the power to read to change the story. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Bounce/Timmy Tippy Toe"  Bounce - Nick and Sally are wondering why their ball is so bouncy. Fish tells them it's because it's made from rubber, and rubber comes from trees. Cat doesn't believe him so it's time to ask the expert, Dr. Twiggles! It turns out Fish is right! And Dr. Twiggles shows them all just how rubber is made, and all the wonderful things rubber can make! Timmy Tippy Toe - Nick and Sally are playing on a climbing frame but just can't manage to get to the top. D

Wild Kratts  "Fireflies"  It's time for the annual Wild Kratt Firefly picnic. Martin and Chris head off into the forest to find some fireflies to join in the fun, but fashion designer, Donita Donata, has been capturing all the fireflies to use in the making of a sparkly, one-of-a-kind dress. The Wild Kratts team has to save the firefly population! Science Concepts: Bioluminescence, Cold light. D

Sara's Weeknight Meals  "Remembering Julia"  Sara pays tribute to her mentor, Julia Child, by cooking favorite dishes from their years together on Julia Child and More Company and Good Morning America. With lots of never-before-seen photos and archival footage, Sara whips up her versions of Julia's French favorites such as Broccoli and Goat Cheese Souffleed Omelet, Fish Meuniere and Chicken Cassoulet. D
