Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking  "Charleston, South Carolina - Mike Lata and Jason Stanhope"  This week on Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, Pete explores the culinary wonders of Charleston, South Carolina and heads towards the shore. Chefs Mike Lata and Jason Stanhope join the team as they venture into the water for shrimp and calamari and other seafood delicacies that make for a mouth-watering dinner. With charcoal oysters as an appetizer and Lata's fish stew served over Stanhope's rice and vegetables dish, this meal will be one for the books on Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking. D

Steven Raichlen's Project Smoke  "Fire Birds"  Poultry is one of the most versatile meats to cook over live fire, popular in grill cultures across planet barbecue. From the Republic of Georgia comes tabaka, citrusy butterflied chickens grilled under a press to compact the meat and crisp the skin. On the side? A piquant rhubarb tkemali sauce. D

Simply Ming  "Matt Louis"  This week on Simply Ming, he is joined by Portsmouth, N.H., chef Matt Louis from the restaurant Moxy, known for its Spanish-style tapas using seasonal New England ingredients and his newly opened Franklin Oyster House. Today, Matt cooks up goat meatballs with garlic mustard pesto, local farm feta and sunchoke chips, while Meg whips up surf-n-turf meatballs with his favorite Blue Dragon vinegar fries. D
