Smart Travels - Europe with Rudy Maxa  "France's Champagne Region"  The Champagne region of France bubbles over with fine wine, gourmet cuisine, picturesque towns and gothic spires. We base in Reims, home of the historic cathedral where French kings were crowned. From Reims, we tour wine country, visiting champagne producers both large and small. D

The Desert Speaks  "The Gadsden Purchase Part 2"  Beginning at the San Pedro River and heading west, host David Yetman and Naturalist Jesus Garcia of the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, journey through some of natural wonders that would not be part of the United States if it hadn't been for the Gadsden Purchase. They drive through the "sky islands" of the Pinaleno Mountains, travel through the hard-core desert of Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, and visit the historic desert oasis, Quitobaquito Springs before finishing off their trip at the Colorado River near Yuma, the western border of the Gadsden Purchase. Additionally, they examine the different types of border fences that affect more than just the ecological relationship between the United States and Mexico. D

New Scandinavian Cooking  "The Mother of Invention"  Andreas travels to Norway's Highland, near Hallingdal, where survival of the fittest spawned many local delicacies. Inspired by history, Andreas makes homemade yogurt and cream cheese, a quick gravlax and finally, tender lamb shanks with a root vegetable puree. D

America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Old-Fashioned Sunday Dinners"  Host Christopher Kimball goes into the test kitchen to learn how to create a great, old-fashioned Simple Pot Roast with test cook Bridget Lancaster. Then, Chris really shakes it up in the Equipment Corner with Adam Ried while testing food storage containers, and science expert Guy Crosby reveals the science behind salting meat. And finally, test cook Julia Collin Davison shows Chris how to cook the best Chicken Pot Pie. D

P. Allen Smith's Garden Home  "Tuff Turf"  Allen shows how he is successfully incorporating lawns into his vegetable garden and along the drive at the Garden Home Retreat.G

Live from the Artists Den  "Amos Lee with Special Guests Calexico"  Amos Lee made a triumphant return to Tucson on a sweltering night in the desert with an epic performance at the historic Fox Theatre. The acclaimed singer-songwriter came back to the city where he recorded his "Mission Bell" album, and invited a number of his friends to join the show, including local heroes Calexico. The 19-song concert ranged from solo showcases to arrangements for a dozen musicians, and featured highlights from Lee's latest album, as well as some of the finest songs from his catalogue. D

Sesame Street  "Don't Wake The Baby"  Leela hums as she rocks her sleeping baby niece, Nila, in a bassinet in the arbor. Telly and Elmo come bounding in loudly trying to offer their help, but Leela insists that she doesn't need any assistance. She's hoping Nila will stay asleep as long as there aren't any loud noises on Sesame Street. D

Dinosaur Train  "The Theropod Club/Surprise Party"  The Theropod Club - Buddy's Theropod Club meets with other dinosaurs that walk on two legs, eat meat, and have three toed feet. But Tiny feels left out until the Club invites her to join too! Surprise Party - Shiny, Tiny and Don throw a surprise party for Buddy on the Dinosaur Train and invite a whole caboose full of his friends!. D

Super Why!  "The Ugly Duckling"  Princess Pea's twirls are falling flat, and her dance recital is fast approaching! The Super Readers soar into the story of the Ugly Duckling, who's having just as much trouble trying to swim! With a little hard work, the Ugly Duckling hits his stride, and Princess Pea learns that practice makes perfect!G

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Many Ants Make Light Work/Nest Best Thing"  Many Ants Make Light Work - Nick and Sally are trying to put up a tent in their backyard but it's not working! Nick is pulling when Sally is pushing and it's just making a giant heap! Good thing the Cat knows a million trillion friends who are experts at teamwork! He whisks the kids off to visit an ant colony where Nick and Sally learn that you can do anything when you work together! Nest Best Thing - Nick and Sally have found some bird eggs in their backyard, but their nest is destroyed. Where are they going to keep them? The Cat in the Hat brings them to an expert nest builder, Mrs. Robin, who shows the children how to build a nest especially for those robin eggs. D

Wild Kratts  "Little Howler"  Chris and Martin are unpacking from an adventure and are surprised when a Wolf pup pops out of their bags. They have no idea where the little guy came from and must retrace their steps in order to return him back to his pack. They experience that wolves are a very social animal with a close pack structure and frequent visual and audio communication among individual members. D

Outdoor Idaho  "Flying Idaho"  To fly in Idaho is to experience a view that is constantly changing. In fact, there's nothing quite like it in the lower 48. From the first plane to fly in Idaho, the Curtiss Pusher, to the modern marvels of today, we explore what pilots call a three dimensional experience, in a state that treasures its aviators and its aviation history.G

Bluegrass Underground  "The Civil Wars"  BLUEGRASS UNDERGROUND is a concert series shot 333 ft. underground in the Volcano Room of Tennessee's 32-mile long Cumberland Caverns. The subterranean descent passes a waterfall and pool, leading to a musical venue unlike any other. D

Music Voyager  "Delhi"  Edgar's Indian journey concludes in India's capital city of Delhi, where he explores the vibrant underground music scene. He connects with Rabbi Shergill, the Sikh music star who blends the revolutionary spirit of John Lennon with Indian pop. Edgar visits the rehearsal space of Indian Ocean, India's counterpart to the Grateful Dead, who have performed their compelling fusion of ancient Indian roots music with modern grooves for nearly 20 years.
