Lidia teaches the viewer several dishes that will work for any party - including a selection of varies cheese, cured meat and Giardiniera-style vegetables; an easy and quick sweet and sour zucchini dish and lastly stuffed mushrooms made with a delicious mixture of scallions, red peppers and fresh parsley. The students write and perform an original play, using a painting by Breughel and an opera by Stravinsky as their starting points. D

Pixar animator Ralph Eggleston talks about getting beyond the world you inhabit and going deeper into what interests you, and Janice Levenhagen-Seeley of ChickTech advocates challenging the status quo. Christina Cooks  "Men and a Good Tomato"  Lycopene - the antioxidant found in red tomatoes - is proven to reduce the risk of prostate cancer in men. Christina whips up some recipes high in lycopene, including Gingered Watermelon Salsa, and Spicy Tomato and Zucchini Sauce over Penne. D

Bringing It Home with Laura McIntosh  "Garden Fresh Dishes"  Laura visits the beautiful and historic Napa Valley. While in town, she stops by the Culinary Institute of America to see Chef Scott Samuel. Chef Samuel shows us the lush and fresh gardens where daily harvests take place. D

Sara's Weeknight Meals  "Five Ingredient Cookout"  Five ingredients all cooked outside -- what's not to love about Sara's scallop, basil and prosciutto kebabs? Since we're barbecuing, we decided to go to the master, Hill Country Barbecue's Elizabeth Karmel for her definitive Texas barbeque brisket. Sara cools it off with watermelon lemonade. We'll also visit with YouTube stars, the Barbeque Pit Boys, an international cooking club for men who love meat and heat. D

Jacques Pepin: Heart & Soul  "Cooking from Le Pelican"  Jacques, alongside his daughter Claudine, recreates his mother's restaurant recipes from Le Pelican, in Lyon, France. The duo begins with a country-style eggs and swiss chard gratin, including a quick step-by-step bechamel demonstration. Jacques goes on to cure his own meat for a belly-warming dish of kale, sausage, ribs and lima bean stew, followed by a springtime stew of radishes made with aromatic walnut oil. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Pinata Party"  What better way to end the season than with a big party? Pati throws a neighborhood bash and cooks up the easiest and best Mexican-themed dishes that would be a huge hit at any party. And what better accessory to a Mexican fiesta than a giant pinata? Pati also gets the chance to visit a pinata maker in the central market of Morelia. Recipe 1: Watermelon, Tomatillo & Mozzarella Skewers with Mint-Agave Syrup; Recipe 2: Red Pozole with Traditional Garnishes; Recipe 3: Mixed Melon, Lime & Coconut Agua Fresca; Recipe 4: Tres Leches & Strawberry Mexican Gelatin Dessert. Cooking with Nick Stellino  "A Shrimp Feast"  Nick visits the fish monger and guides the viewer though a series of tips and techniques on how to make incredibly flavorful shrimp recipes which are fool proof and look and taste like a million dollars. Chef Stellino prepares Shrimp with Garbanzo Beans, Arugula & Sun-dried Tomatoes in a Chardonnay Sauce and a Salad with Shrimp, Watermelon & Goat Cheese. D

Sara's Weeknight Meals  "Fruit and Meat"  They say opposites attract. There's something sensational about the sweetness of fruit with the savory taste of meat. Grilled pork tenderloin is a fantastic summer meal with a dressing of watermelon and cucumber. D
