New Scandinavian Cooking  "The Holy Fish"  Andreas visits the rugged coastline of Helgeland in northern Norway, where the mystical and delicious halibut makes its home among the islets and skerries. Andreas demonstrates how different cooking methods can elicit different flavors and textures from the fish. Dishes include: the smoked Greenland halibut with berries and potato salad; pickled halibut, baked halibut with cucumber and herbs; and finally, pan-fried halibut served with veal demi-glace. D

Next, test cook Bridget Lancaster shows Chris how to make perfect Baked Eggs Florentine at home, and science expert Guy Crosby explains the science behind perfect baked eggs. D

Sesame Street  "Observe, Record, Annoy"  Oscar is taking a computer class in Grouchology where the golden rule is to observe, record, and annoy. The first question that he must investigate is "What do worms like to squirm on best?" Professor Messla tells him he must set up an experiment where he observes (watches closely and carefully), records (writes down what he discovers), and annoy someone while he is doing it. Oscar heads over to Hooper's where he pours coffee grinds and olive oil all over Alan's nice clean counter. D

Dinosaur Train  "Dry Times at Pteranodon Terrace/Big Misty Sea Fishing Contest"  When the weather has been extremely dry for several weeks, all the water holes at Pteranodon Terrace dry up. The Lambeosaurus family decides to move away in search of water, which upsets the kids. Dad and Mom decide to take the kids to the Big Pond on a camping trip, where they will wait out the drought and return home when it rains again. D

Peg + Cat  "The Honey Problem/The Penguin Problem"  The Honey Problem - Peg's Pizza Place. The 3 Bees will produce honey for Peg and Cat's super-popular honey cake - but only if Peg and Cat will dance for the Bees in a certain pattern! Primary Content: Weight. Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Bounce/Timmy Tippy Toe"  Bounce - Nick and Sally are wondering why their ball is so bouncy. Fish tells them it's because it's made from rubber, and rubber comes from trees. Cat doesn't believe him so it's time to ask the expert, Dr. Twiggles! It turns out Fish is right! And Dr. Twiggles shows them all just how rubber is made, and all the wonderful things rubber can make! Timmy Tippy Toe - Nick and Sally are playing on a climbing frame but just can't manage to get to the top. D
