On the menu is spaghetti with anchovies and breadcrumbs, a delicious southern Italian favorite; pasta chinja - a heart-warming baked pasta with tomato sauce, meatballs and egg. Landscapes Through Time with David Dunlop  "John Singer Sargent's Venice"  John Singer Sargent (1856-1925) travels to Venice many times over a 40-year period and paints dazzling plein air watercolor landscapes, turning away from portraiture. David paints a watercolor demonstration at the famous Piazza dei Giovanni e Paolo, the same scene painted by Sargent and centuries of painters, exploring his color theory and painting technique. D

Destination Craft with Jim West  "Switzerland"  Jim West travels to Zurich and Lucerne, Switzerland where master artisans demonstrate how to craft the perfect Alp Horn, make Swiss cheese in a family farmhouse, craft a traditional cheese fondue, and discover bobbin lace making. Jim becomes cuckoo for cuckoo clocks, crafts honey with a master beekeeper and enjoys the process of Swiss chocolate making. D
