On Story  "A Conversation with Misha Green"  Show creator Misha Green isn't afraid to push boundaries; the critically-acclaimed Underground, a historical period drama about the Underground Railroad that she co-created with Joe Pokaski, combined terror, modern music, romance, and thrills, breaking ground for the genre. In this episode, Misha talks about her experience as a first-time showrunner, having to say goodbye to a story before it's finished, and what she's working on next. Hint: it involves Get Out writer-director Jordan Peele. D

Cyberchase  "Less Than Zero"  The Leaders of Cyberspace have gathered to discuss Hacker's increasing influence, when they are suddenly interrupted by Hacker. Buzz and Delete, Hacker's henchmen, hide the leaders including Dr. Marbles, in the building and its' up to the kids to rescue them. Before long, the kids discover that they can only move between the building's levels by scaling its outside walls! So the kids turn the building into a giant ruler in order to keep track of the floors. D

Knit and Crochet Now  "Teeny Circular Cardis"  Bring out the fashionista in your little one with the popular circular cardigan! Lena Skvagerson starts us out with a knit, polka dot, circular cardigan. Then it's Corinna Ferguson, and the Gansey texture stitch on our square of the week. We finish up with crochet expert, Jenny King demonstrating a cute and colorful mini me cardigan. D

Painting with Wilson Bickford  "Out to Pasture, Part 2"  Old cars and trucks have a lot of character - and make great painting subjects! In this piece, an old truck has been left to rust in a flowery pasture. In Part 2, Wilson finishes the summer scene and details the truck. D

Yan Can Cook: Spice Kingdom  "Tea Time!"  Outside of Chengdu there are several well known tea plantations. Martin explores the local tea cultivation process, samples different types of popular brews, attends a tea serving ceremony, and visits the oldest tea house in People's Park in Chengdu. In the studio Martin cooks up dishes that use tea as an ingredient or flavoring agent. D

Dream of Italy  "Umbria"  Umbria has long loomed in the shadow of neighboring Tuscany but visits to Assisi and Perugia introduce the viewers to the rich treasures of this region. In Perugia, we meet two women carrying on their family traditions -- Maddalena Forenza creating stained glass and Marta Cucchia and her handmade textiles. Just outside Perugia, at the Perugina Chocolate School, chocolate maestro Massimiliano Guidubaldi teaches Kathy to make the famous Baci candy. D

Lidia's Kitchen  "The Dessert Table"  In today's episode, Lidia shares three of her favorite desserts-one spoon dessert, one seasonal fruit based dessert and of course a baked sweet to warm up the kitchen. Her limoncello tiramisu is a sweet pick-me-up made with delicious limoncello zabaglione. Fruit is a natural as an Italian sweet to end a meal, and she loves to simply serve grilled fruit to magnify their natural sweetness. D

Cook's Country  "A Trip to Tarheel Country"  Test cook Bryan Roof shows host Julia Collin Davison a top secret recipe for North Carolina dipped fried chicken. Then, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges host Bridget Lancaster to a tasting of chocolate ice cream. And finally, test cook Ashley Moore makes Bridget a classic version of North Carolina lemon pie. D

Food Flirts  "Burger Meets Dosa"  Follow the Brass sisters as they tackle their burger bucket list, then "flirt" their way into an Indian kitchen to uncover the mystique of Indian dosa. After some careful experimentation in their home kitchen, they serve up a cheeseburger dosa.G

New Scandinavian Cooking  "Historical Garden"  Some of Scandinavia's grandest farms can be found around Norway's largest lake, Mjosa. In today's episode Andreas visits one of them, Hovelsrud, where he combines innovation, tradition and world class vegetables. He uses fresh herbs to make an egg-free mayonnaise, combines baked rutabaga and local vendace roe, and makes scones with yellow and red beets. D
