Then Tehani, Traven, and Keakealani head to the North Shore to check out the infamous Pipe Masters surfing contest and interview Surfline's lead forecaster Kevin Wallis. D

Joseph Rosendo's Travelscope  "Land without Limits - The Cariboo-Chilcotin-Coast Region of British Columbia, Canada"  In this little-known region of British Columbia, travelers find a world of adventures. As Joseph crosses the region, he encounters First Nations Nuxalk people smoking salmon, a fisherman seeking prawns and a wilderness hike with Canada's third highest waterfall on the route.G

Journeys In India  "Nagarhole and Bandipur: The Southern Paradise of India"  These two national parks have some of the most diverse wildlife found on the Indian subcontinent. From the ancestors of our domesticated livestock to leopards, bear and elephants-this is a safari goers photo paradise. Join Bill as he attempts to track down two of the hardest predators to photograph-the leopard and the sloth bear. D

Travelscope  "South Africa - On Safari!"  Joseph gets an elephant-sized helping of the African wild on safari at the Lion Sands Private Game Reserve adjacent to South Africa's famed Kruger National Park. Using the elegant Lion Sands accommodations as his home base he heads out in search of the Big Five and encounters lions, African elephants, Cape Buffalos and Black Rhinoceros. He rounds out his wildlife tour at Camp Jabulani when he literally rubs shoulders with two Cheetahs at the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre then joins other camp guests atop a team of rescued elephants on safari through the African bush. D

Wild Photo Adventures  "Wildlife Scavenger Hunt"  Host and professional wildlife photographer Doug Gardner explores Lake Marion, South Carolina in search of as many wild subjects to photograph in one day. D

Travelscope  "Rwanda - In Search of Chimpanzees"  Joseph continues his Rwanda adventure and turns his attention to the region's other primate populations. Chimpanzee, Olive Baboons, Mona, Blue and Black and White Colobus Monkeys are just a few of the thirteen primate species that populate the Nyungwe National Park. The rest of the area's flora and fauna is equally impressive with more than 140 orchid species and 275 bird species, dozens of them found only in the highlands of Central Africa. D

Rudy Maxa's World  "South Africa: Safari"  Rudy experiences the wildlife of South Africa - lions, giraffes, elephants and dozens of other animals in their natural habitat. Wildlife photographer Joe Pontecorvo films this episode to bring the excitement of the wild into the living room.G

Long overlooked by tourists, the country has preserved what is a treasure chest full of surprising attractions. D

Born to Explore with Richard Wiese  "South Africa: Saving The Mighty Rhino"  Join explorer Richard Wiese as he journeys to South Africa, for incredible encounters with white rhinos and elephants. Richard joins a conservation team on foot and by helicopter as they implant tracking devices to help monitor rhinos and protect them against poachers. He's welcomed into a Zulu tribe and meets some enterprising women who started a community garden that feeds the tribe and supplies local safari lodges. D

America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Fast Food Makeovers"  Test cook Dan Souza shows host Julia Collin Davison how to make the perfect grilled pizza at home. Then, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Julia to a tasting of super- market olive oil. Next, gadget guru Lisa McManus uncovers the best avocado gadgets. D

Bare Feet with Mickela Mallozzi  "Dancing In My Italy (Minturno, Italy)"  Mickela returns to where it all started, the small, sleepy, Southern Italian beach town of Minturno, where her parents immigrated from over 40 years ago. She reconnects with her roots during the town's biggest celebration, the annual Sagra delle Regne (Wheat Harvest Festival). From rehearsing with the local troupe, I Giullari, to sightseeing along the coast, to then performing with the renowned group in the festival's closing ceremonies, Mickela has an incredible journey of self-discovery.
