She tirelessly champions the environment throughout her adult years and helps found the Wilderness Society and aids in the establishment of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Actor Harrison Ford narrates this portrait of her, which features John Denver singing "A Song for All Lovers," a waltz that he wrote for Mardy and her husband, Olaus.G
