First, NewsHour explores the changes people endured after the storm, when floodwaters cleared and the public moved on but homes were washed away. In excerpts from a forthcoming documentary, "Forced Change," by filmmaker Rennick Soholt, NewsHour follows the lives of two New Orleanians who left the city for good after the storm and who are still trying to piece together what home means to them.
