Idaho Public Television (IdahoPTV) is a statewide, non-commercial broadcast telecommunication system and media provider based in the capital city of Boise with additional staffed facilities in Moscow and Pocatello.

Southwestern Idaho - KAID/KIPT
Southwest and central Idaho, Twin Falls, and the Wood River Valley. Transmitters are located in Boise (KAID) and Twin Falls (KIPT).

Eastern Idaho - KISU
Eastern Idaho, Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and vicinities. KISU transmitters are located on East Butte, near Pocatello. KISU was originally established as KBGL television in 1971.
KISU studio and office facilities are located in the Kegel Liberal Arts Building on the campus of Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho.

Northern Idaho transmitters are located in Moscow (KUID) and Coeur d'Alene (KCDT).

Idaho State Board of Education
IdahoPTV is an entity of the Idaho State Board of Education, which holds in the public trust television and related broadcast telecommunication licenses issued and governed by the Federal Communications Commission. The State Board of Education holds open meetings. For dates and times, visit the State Board of Education website.
The State Board of Education members are: Linda Clark, President; William G. Gilbert, Jr., Vice-President; Shawn Keough; Kurt Liebich; Cally J. Roach; Cindy Siddoway; David Turnbull; and Debbie Critchfield, Superintendent of Public Instruction and Secretary. Josh Whitworth is the executive director of the Idaho State Board of Education.
