Outdoor Idaho  "Designing Idaho"  Architecture tells us who we are, where we came from, and what we value. Our buildings tell us that like nothing else can. This hour long program explores Idaho's architectural heritage, its history and its place in the sun. We travel the length and breadth of the state, exploring some of Idaho's oldest and grandest buildings -- like the Cataldo Mission and the Paris Tabernacle -- as well as some of Sun Valley's finest residences. We also visit Wallace, Chesterfield, and Boise. There's even a wonderful Sandpoint tree house and a southern Idaho straw bale mud house that are remarkably eloquent.G
7:00 pm
Expeditions with Patrick McMillan  "Ghosts of the Plains"  McMillan journeys into the prairie with researchers trying to change the fate of prairie dogs, black-footed ferrets, kit foxes and others on the verge of extinction. Are we doomed to repeat the mistakes of the 19th century?. D
7:30 pm
In The Americas with David Yetman  "Havana: Inside The City"  In 2016, the U.S. government made it easier to visit Cuba. Now, a Cuban cultural expert shows us Havana once off limits to us. D
8:00 pm
Oregon Field Guide  "Mt Washington Climb, Slugs, Umpqua Fish Watcher"  Cameras follow climbers along narrow ledges and up sheer cliffs on Mt. Washington. An Oregon woman tells why she loves slugs and welcomes them to her garden.G
8:30 pm
This Is Utah  "Go Dog Go"  Humankind has always had a desire for speed. Hold onto your hats as we ride along with land speed world record holders at Bonneville Speed Week, join Snowbird's avalanche rescue dogs as they race against time to find trapped skiers in the backcountry, and hit the ice with Olympic long track speed skater Jerica Tandiman.G
