But in Mexico City, you'll find a vast variety of enchiladas, both in the simplest of markets and nicest of restaurants. At the stately Mexico City restaurants El Cardenal and Roldan 37, Rick explores an interesting array of flavors, then makes show-stopping dishes of classic green chile enchiladas and red chile shrimp enchiladas. Samantha has the pleasure to travel to one of the most unassuming cities in that of Huntsville, Alabama, where she gets to float in space like an astronaut, see a full-scale Apollo rocket and meets Alex McCool, a national treasure who helped put man on the moon. There aren't only rockets in Huntsville, though, and Samantha ventures out to a soul food restaurant, serving arguably the best fried chicken in the South. D

Lidia's Kitchen  "Pasta Party"  Pasta is a staple in any Italian home and today, Lidia prepares three pasta recipes that will become staples in your kitchen. The first dish on the menu is a quick ziti with kale pesto and crispy bacon, a delicious way to recycle any kale pesto leftovers in the fridge. She then makes a delicious summertime pasta made with plum tomatoes, fusilli with roasted tomato pesto, and finally campanelle with shrimp and fennel, made with "little bells" that carry the chunky sauce so well. Start the party in the parking lot (or your backyard) with chicken legs, brined for maximum succulence, smoke-roasted over maple wood, then glazed with a fiery fusion of maple syrup and sriracha. One-fisted eating at its best. A quartet of grilled and smoked beans appears in a colorful side dish. D
