Rick takes us to Los Panchos, a Mexico City institution famous for carnitas, and to the vibrant Medellin Market to watch a popular carnitas vendor in action. D

Equitrekking  "Spain"  Equitrekking host Darley Newman rides at Cortijo El Esparragal, an estate and working farm outside of Seville that dates back to the Bronze Age. On prize-winning Andalusians, Darley learns the purpose and history of the Spanish Vaquera style of riding. Next, she enjoys a sunset ride outside of Segovia and visits the castles and Roman aqueducts in this central region. D
