Pati's Mexican Table  "The Art of Mole"  Pati takes viewers on an in-depth exploration of all things mole. Oaxaca is known as the land of moles, and there are too many varieties to name. Through instruction in her kitchen and exploration while in Oaxaca, she's going to give viewers the basics of mole, some of its history and importance, and a few of her personal favorite recipes. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Taco Night"  There are so many delicious ways to enjoy tacos, and Pati is constantly trying to impress her boys with new twists on traditional taco recipes. Her sons love tacos so much that the Jinich's have a family tradition every couple of weeks: Taco Night! While the family is on vacation in San Miguel, Pati has decided to bring their Taco Night tradition to Mexico. Recipe 1: Homemade Corn Tortillas; Recipe 2: Fresh Cheese Basket Tacos; Recipe 3: Tacos al Pastor with Garnishes; Recipe 4: Achiote Adobo; Recipe 5: Chile de Arbol and Tomatillo Quick Salsita. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Mexican Wine Country"  People are traveling from all over the world to discover the new and exciting wine region of Valle de Guadalupe, where Pati samples some of the local wine varietals and catches up with old friends at one of the Valle's oldest wineries. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Ancient Yucatan with My Boys"  Pati's three sons are in Mexico and Pati wants them to experience the essence of the Yucatan. First stop, they climb the ancient ruins of Uxmal and discover how advanced the ancient Maya civilizations were. After an exhaustive exploration, the boys cool off in one of the thousands of hidden cenotes (swimming holes). D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Women of Oaxaca"  Pati meets with women chefs, business owners and leaders of society, exploring the role of women in Oaxaca and their influence on the customs and cuisine. In her kitchen, she cooks recipes that she learned from Oaxacan women including coloradito chicken and a mashed potato cazuela. Then, she ends with a favorite of the women in her family, a milky and luscious chocolatey dessert. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Road Trippin' with Javier Plascencia"  One of the region's most celebrated chefs, Javier Plascencia, gives Pati a tour of the Baja he knows and loves before they make their way to his newest restaurant, Jazamango. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "The Mezcal Trail"  Pati takes a drive to a region in Oaxaca known for producing some of the best mezcal in all of Mexico. She meets the producer of a small family-run operation and learns how mezcal is made, from field to bottle. Back home, she has a mezcal-inspired get together with a few close friends and serves a bountiful Mexican steak salad and Oaxacan sours made with mezcal. D

America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Pub-Style Favorites, Revisited"  Bridget and Julia uncover the secrets to making the ultimate pub-style steak and ale pie at home, test cook Keith Dresser makes perfect Boston brown bread, and in the Equipment Corner, Adam Ried reveals his top pick for knife blocks. D

Growing a Greener World  "Bats: Unsung Heroes for Gardeners & Growers (Austin and San Antonio, TX)"  Twenty million bats put on a nightly show that's unlike anything in nature and provide an illuminating look at this misunderstood creature that could be the farmer's most powerful ally and the home gardener's best friend. D

Mike Colameco's Real Food  "Koreatown"  We'll spend the day with the co-authors of the excellent Koreatown cookbook Deuki Hong and Mott Rodbard. We begin at Deuki's BBQ restaurant, Kang Ho Dong Baekeong, then we shop for ingredients at H Town on 32nd and head to back to his tiny apartment nearby to cook a few recipes from the book.G

Guests include a Master Gardener and educators, and engaging field packages will feature Abraham Lincoln Elementary School, which received a Let's Move Pittsburgh mini-grant. D

iQ: smartparent  "Up in the Sky"  In this episode we engage families in Earth & Space science! Meet up with the curator of the Smithsonian's national touring exhibit Destination Moon: The Apollo 11 Missionfor a look at the past, present, and future of space exploration. We'll also show families how to track what's up in the sky using a range of scientific tools, from sophisticated telescopes to celestial bodies that can be seen with the naked eye! The episode concludes with a salute to the Maker Movement as we present hands-on projects to make a star clock, and a pin-hole camera for safely viewing a solar eclipse. D
