Kimchi Chronicles  "The Rice Chronicles"  Rice, the bread and butter of the Korean table, is explored from Busan, Korea's second largest city, all the way to Seoul. Along the way, Marja and her dear friend, the actress Heather Graham, learn about instant rice, tteok (a pasta-like ingredient made of ground rice) and visit Bibigo, a new chain of contemporary restaurants serving fresh variations of bibimbap. Back in New York, Marja and Jean-Georges create their own version of bibimbap, along with sushi-like kimbap, kimchi fried rice and Jean-Georges' famous ginger fried rice. D

Correspondent William Brangham reports from Vermont how workers who have repaid emergency loans through automatic paycheck deductions continue to take the lower amount in their paychecks and save the difference after the loan is paid off. Dinosaur Train  "Stargazing on the Night Train/Get Into Nature!"  The Pteranodon family rides a special 'Night Train" to another part of the Cretaceous Time Period, where they meet a Troodontid "cousin" of the Conductor's, Sidney Sinovenator, who knows more about the stars than anyone. Sidney takes the family up to his favorite stargazing spot, "Starry Hill," and teaches the kids why the stars seem to move across the night sky. When the kids build their own version of a nest on the beach, below their actual family nest up on the cliff, they get the idea to turn their beach nest into a clubhouse. D

Sesame Street  "Lifting Snuffy"  Zoe choreographed a special dance, "The Dance of the Six Swans," that she would like her friends to perform. She asks everyone to pair up for the 'lift' part of the dance, but they're missing one person, so they ask Alan to join the dancers. He is partnered with Snuffy who says it's been a dream of his to be lifted into the air like a swan. D

Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood  "Prince Wednesday Finds A Way To Play/Finding A Way To Play On Backwards Day"  Prince Wednesday Finds a Way to Play - Daniel and Katerina Kittycat are playing "house" today at school. Prince Wednesday wants to play too, but he wants to be a loud dinosaur. Katerina tells him that loud dinosaurs are not allowed! Luckily, they find a way to play together with Prince Wednesday as a quiet, friendly dinosaur. D
