In this episode, Rick visits El Moro, a Mexico City institution, and then orders fistful of churros rellenos - that's right, stuffed churros - in picturesque Coyocan. Back in Chicago, Rick's recipe begins with classic Mexican hot chocolate and ends with churro nibbles showered atop Mexican hot chocolate ice cream. D

Exploring further, Samantha visits the historically important Gowanus Canal, learns how to play shuffleboard in a hidden gem, and takes a walk through the brownstone neighborhood of Bedford-Stuyvesant, where she discovers incredible architecture and a jazz parlor tucked away in an unmarked bed & breakfast. Exploring American manifestations of otaku, the Japanese trope that combines cutting-edge pop culture with fetishistic obsession, Danielle visits New York's first cat cafe; a Brooklyn izakaya run by a Frenchman in thrall to Japanese anime and manga; and a California suburban mom who's a star on the international bento-box circuit. On a more traditional note, Danielle gets in the sumo ring with a 600-pound opponent and then helps him make chanko nabe, the sumo wrestler's staple meal. D

Rhythm Abroad  "Switzerland"  This episode has Brittany exploring traditional Swiss culture tucked away high in the Alps. She begins her journey in Nendaz where she takes part in the annual Alphorn Festival - a festival devoted to local folklore with the largest gathering of alphorns in the world. It may not be music to the ears, but Brittany certainly gives the alphorn a try along with traditional folk dancing. D
