Reiner recalls special moments from behind the scenes and, ultimately, how the creative vision was translated to the screen. D

Cyberchase  "The Wedding Scammer"  Believing that the Wicked Witch is really the long lost daughter of a powerful king, Hacker agrees to marry her, convinced that their union will double his power and Motherboard will never be able to defeat him. What Hacker doesn't know is that Wicked has secretly hidden away the REAL long-lost daughter of the king and stolen her identity. The kids must think their way through an intricate series of puzzles to free the real daughter. D

Knit and Crochet Now  "Teeny Circular Cardis"  Bring out the fashionista in your little one with the popular circular cardigan! Lena Skvagerson starts us out with a knit, polka dot, circular cardigan. Then it's Corinna Ferguson, and the Gansey texture stitch on our square of the week. We finish up with crochet expert, Jenny King demonstrating a cute and colorful mini me cardigan. D

Painting with Wilson Bickford  "In The Wee Hours"  Late at night on a warm, starry summer's eve, two horses, silhouetted against dramatic clouds, graze in a pasture. Wilson demonstrates an easy technique used to create a sky full of stars. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Ensenada's Epic Seafood"  Pati eats her way through the port of Ensenada, a hub for seafood exportation where fresh fish is everywhere you look. She also visits the oldest bar in Baja, and originator of the margarita, Hussongs. D

Samantha Brown's Places to Love  "Lake Geneva and the Valais, Switzerland"  Of all the magnificent regions in Switzerland, the Valais Region is home to Barryland, where Samantha visits this living museum that serves as a breeder for the famed St. Bernard dogs. Off to Geneva, Samantha visits the historic Beau Rivage Geneva hotel and talks about its legacy with the great grandson of its founder. D

Lidia's Kitchen  "A Perfect Roast"  Roasting enhances the flavor of any kind of meat and Lidia often makes a roast for family meals. Today's menu includes a salad of warm greens with bacon and mushrooms; an easy and elegant roasted pork loin with cabbage and dried cherry sauce; and roasted pear, blueberry and grape compote for dessert. Cook's Country  "Spicy and Sour for Supper"  Bridget Lancaster shows Julia Collin Davison how to make a classic Latin version of arroz con pollo. Equipment expert Adam Ried reveals his choice for the best dry measuring cups on the market. Tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Bridget to a tasting of store-bought whipped topping. D

Steven Raichlen's Project Fire  "Extreme Grilling"  Long before there were gas grills and charcoal, before rotisseries and planchas, there was fire. Today's show is all about primal ways to use it. Los Angeles's meat-centric Italian chop house, chi SPACCA, sets the stage with a monster pork tomahawk dusted with fennel pollen and pepper and grilled over almond wood by chef Ryan DeNicola. D

Nigella: At My Table   Nigella cooks more warming, comforting and inspirational recipes. Perfect for winding down at the end of a long day, there's a cozy supper of chicken with red grapes and Marsala, followed by a deeply divine sunken chocolate amaretto cake, with crumbled amaretti cream dolloped alongside. For a dish that's as simple to make as it is rewarding to eat, there's Nigella's mussels with pasta, and just as delicious is her autumnal radicchio, chestnut and blue cheese salad. D

Destination Craft with Jim West  "Tuscany"  Jim West travels to Tuscany and Milan in Italy where master artisans teach how to make Italian frescos, Florentine paper marbling, and leather journaling. He also learns how to make homemade Italian pasta. Jim visits the art studio of a father and son who master in mosaic art, meets an iconic fashion embroidery artist, visits the Aurifil Thread factory, and crafts the perfect gelato. D
