1995 Farm Bill

Approximately $10 billion in tax subsidies go to agriculture annually. In Washington, Congress is in the process of drafting a new five year farm bill that would result in cuts to those subsidies. In this episode of Dialogue, host Marcia Franklin talks with two Idaho farmers about crop prices, the role of subsidies in their businesses and debate the ethics of using tax dollars to subsidize agribusiness.
