Bunker Hill

In 1983 a 21-square mile area of Shoshone County was named a super fund site due to metal contamination in the water and ground from years of silver mining. Since 1989 the government, along with the mining companies, has been cleaning up the area and officials believe they are about 60% finished with the project. In this episode of Dialogue, host Marcia Franklin talks with her guests about the progress being made at the site and a recent lawsuit claiming the mining companies should have to clean up contamination in Lake Coeur d'Alene.
