Idahoans can expect a final decision by the end of the year on whether grizzlies will be reintroduced into the central part of the state, according to Jamie Rappaport Clark, director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Clark, appointed director in 1997 of the 7,500 person agency, speaks about grizzly reintroduction, grey wolf recovery and other issues with host Marcia Franklin.
