Almost half of Idahoans purchased a lottery ticket in the last 12 months, but many wonder whether the Idaho Lottery a good bet for the state and its citizens.
The Idaho Legislature's Office of Performance Evaluations is releasing a report reviewing the Idaho Lottery's operations. Joan Cartan-Hansen talks with Jeffrey Anderson, the executive director of the Idaho Lottery, about that report and the future of Idaho's lottery. Anderson will also discuss proposals to change Idaho's liquor laws.
