She also makes a delicious Celery, Artichoke and Mortadella Salad to accompany the sandwiches. D

Cook's Country from America's Test Kitchen  "Picnic in the Country"  Test cook Julia Collin Davison shows host Christopher Kimball the secrets to making perfect Honey Fried Chicken. Then, equipment expert Adam Ried reveals his top picks for cutting boards. And finally, test cook Bridget Lancaster shares the test kitchen's tips for quick homemade chicken broth and updates an old-fashioned recipe for Amish Potato Salad. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Hibiscus Flower"  In Mexico, it's not uncommon to find both food and water deliciously flavored with hibiscus flowers. Commonly known as jamaica, they have an intensely herbal, fruity taste.
