Masterpiece Contemporary  "Page Eight"  In this story of files and sources, media and civil servants, Bill Nighy plays Johnny Worricker, an aging spy whose boss (Michael Gambon) plunks a file on Worricker's desk. When the contents are digested, Worricker notices a single revealing sentence on page eight that suggests significant cracks in Britain's intelligence operation. Ralph Fiennes plays the prime minister. Rachel Weisz is the enticing neighbor across the landing from Worricker.G

New Tricks  "The Girl Who Lived"  The UCOS team's feathers are ruffled when Steve McAndrew, a retired detective from Glasgow, descends on the office like a bundle of Scottish energy.
