Mexico -- One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless  "Baja Beach House Cooking"  Rick introduces viewers to some of Los Cabos top chefs and their restaurants then cooks dinner for them at a luxurious beach house. Margarita Carrillo, chef/owner of Don Emiliano Restaurant in San Jose del Cabo, joins Rick to purchase the local cabrillo fish and to visit Tamarindo's Farm for organically grown produce. Rick makes a tamarind chile sauce to go with his fish and eggplant course. D

Paint This with Jerry Yarnell  "Tuscan Serenade, Part 1"  (12x24 Acrylic) In this session, Jerry stays with the Tuscan theme, capturing the soft earth tones from that region. The piece is first blocked in starting with the sky and then adding layers of depth leading to the foreground using the value system. The painting will feature a beautiful field of poppies in the foreground. D

Bee Gees One Night Only   This 1997 concert at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, is one of the very few Bee Gees performances filmed. The music special showcases many of the group's disco and pop hits. The Gibb brothers, who comprised the Bee Gees, sang three-part harmony and wrote their own hit songs. Two of the three siblings have died - Maurice in 2004 and Robin in 2012. Barry continues to perform as a solo act.G
