The last leg of the journey takes the Green RV to Boston, Natalie's hometown. After conducting their final interview at MIT, the team reflects on the friendships and lessons they'll take home with them. D

Jacques Pepin: Heart & Soul  "Autumn Leaves"  It's easy to fall in love with Jacques' seasonal menu, starting with a fresh, smooth tomato velvet soup - the name speaks for itself! Then, sliced tomato gratin made with ripe, ruby-red tomatoes and coarse rustic bread, is Jacques' go-to late-summer dish. He continues with a tender grilled lamb shasklik that includes easy, make-ahead instructions and a colorful red cabbage, pistachio and cranberry salad with bleu cheese. Joanne Weir Gets Fresh  "Fall Fruit"  While Fall is typically associated with the changing colors of leaves and harvesting the last of summer produce, Joanne takes a moment to highlight beautiful fall fruit, including pomegranates and pears. She'll also take us to a special Italian market and a Napa Winery, and teach her student how to prepare a Fall Fruit Salad. On the menu that night are artichokes fresh from the garden, chicken and leek gratin, and individual pear and hazelnut tarts.
