Changing Seas  "Grouper Moon"  During the winter full moons Nassau grouper gather in large numbers to spawn. Most of the known spawning sites have been fished out, but the Cayman Islands are home to the last great reproductive population of this endangered species. D

Changing Seas  "Coastal Carnivores"  Scientists studying the coastal Everglades have made some perplexing discoveries. Bull sharks are living upstream where alligators should thrive, and gators are swimming out to the ocean to feed. D

Nature  "Crash: A Tale of Two Species"  The humble horseshoe crab, virtually unchanged for 300 million years, produces millions of eggs. They are the lifeline for a tiny bird called a red knot, which migrates 10,000 miles from South America to the Arctic. But even as humans discover medical uses for the crab, its numbers are plummeting.G

Journeys In India  "Agra and Its Environs"  Agra is home to India's most recognizable monument-the Taj Mahal. First, we tour the Agra Fort and learn its role in the incredible history behind the Taj Mahal's construction. Bill takes us to a factory where we learn how the craft of stone inlay that adorns the Taj Mahal, is still made today. D

Saving The Ocean  "The Sacred Island"  Host Carl Safina is on the island of Pemba, part of the Zanzibar chain off the east African coast. The island's reefs and lagoons, once threatened by resort development, are now managed by, and for, the local villages' fishermen. Safina fishes with them and learns about their traditions of stewardship of the world and its resources.G

Wild Africa  "Jungle"  At Africa's heart, there is a vast tropical rainforest - a bubbling cauldron of evolution, a giant experiment with life. This film shows how plants dominate this green world by employing poisons, recruiting defensive armies, feeding off the dead, and enslaving animals for pollination and seed dispersal. For predatory animals, they must first find their prey in this tangled place, and evade toxins found among animals and plants. Part 5 of 6G
