This Old House  "Barrington Project, Part 3 of 10"  Builder Andy Tiplady takes host Kevin O'Connor out on the water to gather provisions for an authentic Rhode Island clambake. Later, back at the project house, he shows master carpenter Norm Abram the windows he's using and how he's installing them using a custom copper pan for flashing - his preferred method in coastal situations. Kevin visits the Hurricane Research Lab at the University of Florida to see how they are protecting buildings through research and, with the help of the world's largest portable hurricane simulator, to feel what it's like to stand in a Category 3 hurricane. D

Ask This Old House  "Installing a Recirculation Pump; Lining a Fireplace Chimney"  Plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey installs a recirculation pump to provide hot water quickly to a bathroom. Then, general contractor Tom Silva shares a tip for fixing the handle on a casement window. Afterward, Tom, Richard, host Kevin O'Connor and landscape contractor Roger Cook ask, "What is it?" Kevin travels to Dallas to help a homeowner line her fireplace chimney. D

Growing a Greener World  "Sustainable Agriculture (Swoope, VA)"  Polyface Farms is everything that industrialized farming is not. Here's an in depth look at how they are able to grow produce and raise food (beef, chickens, pigs and turkeys) while stewarding the land at the same time. D

Moyers & Company  "Between Two Worlds: Life on the Border"  No writer understands the border culture between Mexico and the United States more intimately than Luis Alberto Urrea, this week's guest on an encore broadcast of Moyers & Company (Check local listings). His own life is the stuff of great novels. Son of a Mexican father and Anglo mother, Urrea grew up first in Tijuana and then just across the border in San Diego. D

William and Mary   On the day before the wedding, William and Mary make the final move into their new home. But before the happy day, they attend Tracy Mellor's funeral and find a way to compromise disparate family wishes.G

NOVA scienceNOW  "Can We Make It to Mars?"  Astrophysicist, author and director of New York's Hayden Planetarium Neil deGrasse Tyson returns as host for this science magazine series. The opening episode looks at whether humans can reach Mars alive, traveling two to three years while facing deadly conditions. The show also looks at innovations for keeping space travelers alive.G

Outdoor Idaho  "Wooden Boats, Wondrous Lakes"  We follow the wake of classic boats, with their graceful lines, across Idaho's big lakes, and we meet the people who have made the restoration of wooden boats their passion. The hour-long program visits wooden boat shows in McCall, Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint, and explores the character of these wooden works of art.G

Garrow's Law   Garrow is confronted with an impossible choice: to expose British colonial brutality in open court or to reunite Lady Sarah with her son. The dangerously ill Southouse intervenes and Garrow is forced to decide between love or honor.G

Vera  "Telling Tales"  Chief Inspector Vera Stanhope returns in a second tale of this experienced and brilliant murder investigator in North England. Jennie Long has always insisted she was innocent of 15-year-old Abigail Mantel's murder 11 years before, but only after Jennie's suicide does evidence come to light exonerating her. Vera sets out to solve the original crime but not before another murder occurs.G

10:30 pm 
New Tricks   The 20-year-old murder of a successful barrister haunts DI Ross, who never solved the crime. The victim had many enemies because of his career but he also led a double life.G

11:30 pm 
Joseph Rosendo's Travelscope  "Cruising The Mediterranean"  Joseph steps aboard the Regent Seven Seas Mariner for a PTV at sea cruise experience - meeting, greeting and speaking with his public television viewers. Visits ashore include Venice, Croatia, Malta, Sicily and Tuscany.G
